Refund Policy

All Michkom products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form on our website. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that are no longer wanted. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds Refunds are only issued where a valid print defect or manufacturing error has been confirmed. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
